He doesn't know as much about computers as he pretends too. Microsoft told me to have something done that he said didn't exist. He had to use a video to install a keyboard. He didn't show up one day and came 30 minutes early the next time. He only takes Zill payment and kept asking for a tip. I would not use him again.
