What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of service needed or recommended prices change. An example would consist of a bed Bug treatment for a 4 bedroom home. The price can range from $600 - $1,200.
We offer a Bed Bug Protection Plan that could reduce that price in half, and protect your home or place of business for the entire year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order for a pest control professional to maintain his or her certification they must go through training to receive credits to keep their certification up to date.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Bed Bug treatments - Bed Bug Protection Plans - Bed Bug Preparation Services
Cockroach Service - Rats - Mice - Bees - Wasp - Hornet Nest Removal - Birds
Animal Removal - Rodent Proofing - Stink Bugs - Centipedes - Silverfish
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise customers to ask more questions when deciding or picking a pest control professional. I am a firm believer if the customer knows more about a product or service being offered they should call another company until they find one with more or equal knowledge.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Pest control is a very rewarding industry because not only do you get to deal with bugs all day but you meet some of the most interesting people in the world. We service police stations where these cops deal with the worst people ever but may be scared of a flying ant in their basement.
I have met people who can build a space shuttle in your backyard but when it comes to bees or wasp they want no part of it. They will tell you how great your skill levels are but throughout the service I am thinking wow this person can build a space shuttle in my backyard if they wanted.
