Introduction

I conduct mold inspections, including air sampling and bulk sampling. My fee is only $330, covering two air samples, with each additional bulk sample costing $45. We perform thorough mold inspections, checking indoor relative humidity and moisture levels. Additionally, we assess structural, gutter, and grading leaks that may lead to mold in the basement, as well as mold resulting from plumbing leaks

I had Mice and Roache problem and I called the exterminator (Selva). Exterminator Selva came and he did service in Kitchen and affected area. He did good service and knowledgeable person.
