I wanted to try something outside of the gym and heard of Mitchell through a friend. I liked the inside/outside workout variety. He helped with nutrition and diet and I was able to do the workouts while traveling. Great experience.

Mitchell provided a great cardio-conditioning workout. It felt great and I learned new hip flexor stretches to incorporate in my workouts.
