- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a global price, we do not charge by hour but the number of the room in the house. We also provide discount and our price is negotiable. we also offer discount during holidays and for special events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a customer for the first time we wanna make the person confident and ensure that they receive an outstanding service. We listen to our customers and we are open for all the questions they have and the best time that's work for them. Our number one priority is our customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a physician certified I got my doctorate in health in 2005 in Mali. I had an opportunity to work in the hospital field when I was there. While offering this service in the hospital I also had a Cleaning service that I managed with an amazing team in Mali.
