We had a sewage backup in the basement after a bad storm. I won't go into the details but it was pretty awful. Called Mold Master and they treated it like a true emergency. The team that came out Daniel and Embrusio were professional, wore full protective gear, and handled everything safely. They sanitized every surface and the smell was completely gone by the next day. These guys know what they're doing and they don't cut corners.

Found black mold in my crawl space. Was honestly scared about the cost and process. Don came out, did an honest inspection, gave me a fair quote and explained every step. No upselling, no scare tactics. The crew got in there and knocked it out in one day. Passed the post-remediation test with no issues. Really solid company.
