Hi! Growing up in a household with two outstanding cooks throughout my childhood (my parents), my love for hosting has become one of my biggest passions in life. I love hosting pop up cocktail parties for friends, family, and strangers! In addition, I have over 7 years of experience bartending in some of the most prominent bars in NYC. For example, Dos Caminos, Bodega Negra, and Gin Bathtub. My goal is to give my guests a memorable experience from knowledge to taste bud gratification. Bruno prepared Christmas dinner for about 15 of my family members. The food was delicious (even the little kids were eating everything) and Bruno could not have been more pleasant to work with. He guided me through making a wonderful menu that would please everyone. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait until we have an occasion to work with Bruno again!

Chef Bruno provided us with an unforgettable night with amazing food. He is kind, knowledgeable, and his passion for cooking definitely shows! He was enthusiastic about serving and explained each dish thoroughly. The process leading up to the event was also seamless and he was very helpful with menu suggestions and communication. My guests cannot stop talking about the experience. You are in good hands with Chef Bruno! We are already planning to have him back again!

If I could give chef Bruno 10 stars I would! The experience was amazing- food was incredible and he was honestly a pleasure to work with! I cannot wait to have him back again!!! If you’re thinking about booking him, just do it. You will not regret!!!!
