Hi! Growing up in a household with two outstanding cooks throughout my childhood (my parents), my love for hosting has become one of my biggest passions in life. I love hosting pop up cocktail parties for friends, family, and strangers! In addition, I have over 7 years of experience bartending in some of the most prominent bars in NYC. From start to finish chef Bruno was great! I wanted a Covid safe activity for a anniversary gift. I wanted a chef who would let us cook with them and learn hands on. Chef Bruno picked a meal that we liked and was fun to do. He was very personable and made the night memorable. We not only learned from him but enjoyed his company. He is very easy to work with. I highly recommend chef Bruno for catering or for cooking lessons. Reach out to him, you won’t be disappointed!

Chef Bruno was very personable and flexible. He want above and beyond to accommodate a vegan and a very picky eater. He delivered a wonderful experience for me and my family which we won't forget. Highly recommend Bruno.
