- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no hidden fees, any additional charges/fees will be told and explained to all customers before payment process begin. Mixsavvy is always working on keeping our prices competitive and is constantly working on giving our customers the best rates possible. All inquiries are different this mean prices may vary but a few factors for price to change can be but not limited to; Area of the event, size of the event (Amount of people), amount of hours, or quantity of employees etc. Mixsavvy uses and has verified Square for payments (3.5% processing fee).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers the process is easy, is almost like if they already have hired us before, we start by asking questions related to the job and confirm the details with the customer and that is pretty much everything. NOTE: We won't ask for payment until customer has agreed on hire and Mixsavvy do not storage payment's information such as credit/debit cards information etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business for almost 4 years now, and we have been able to successfully find and hire professional crew who can run almost any event.
