- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a case-to-case basis. We use Xactimate pricing model. The best way is for us to do an inspection of the issue at hand and then at that point we can work with getting you the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers are the most important part of our business. We want to make sure that we get full understanding of your needs and then we will be able to use our expertise to come up with a beneficial solution for our customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of water, fire and mold remediation experience. We are a turn key operation. We can offer reconstruction services as well to assure that when the remediation is completed we can immediately start on the reconstruction of your home. Our key is to get you back whole as soon as possible
