Alysson promptly answered my request on the app. I was in a tight spot having no heat due to a meter box failure. With a little one in the winter that’s not what you want. Alysson came the same day in between jobs to help me out. He got it fixed up and I had electric (and heat) again.. after 5 or hours or so, the lights were flickering and eventually went out again.. he advised me that I should call PSEG as there may be an additional failure upstream.. Turns out a connection on their end was also bad and they fixed it.. but he offered to come out at 7-8pm on a Friday to check it out if they couldn’t figure it out. Without power and heat heading into a potential blizzard this weekend, it was nice to know he’d see the problem through and not just throw his arms up after the job was done.. It’s obvious that these guys definitely care about their customers and I will absolutely use again. Book these guys with confidence. Cheers!

Had a great experience with Electric Solutions. Alysson installed a couple of ring floodlights for me that involved new wiring for the installation.
