Val was wonderful. I straighten up as much as I could before she came (which most people do anyway) and when I got home it was like a different apartment. I work and I am a caretaker so I don't have much time. She even went the extra mile to help my handicapped husband who is mostly in a wheelchair or in bed if he couldn't reach something. She's a hard worker and she will be back again to help me.

This was my first time using Thumbtack and I must say I was quite pleased with the experience. Val was a true professional. She called to let me know her arrival time, showed up on time and was ready to work the minute she walked through the door. She didn't stop to take breaks, was efficient and got a whole lot more done that I was expecting. I actually had to ask her to stop because I had to go pick up my daughter from her after school program. I will definitely be using her again.
