- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am certainly aware that our prices are not the higher neither the cheaper ones out there, we try to offer reasonable prices to fit our customers budget so far all our clients are happy with our service that very often refer us to all the people they know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Super simple call me tell me about your project after we go over it, I will send you a form where you can add photos and square footage, then I send them an estimate, as soon as they accept it I continue with scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides all my experienced acquired throughout 17 years the years in the industry, I've undergone rigorous hands-on training at the MB facility and I am committed to the ongoing skill improvement necessary to create long-term value and deliver fantastic results to all our customers.
