- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have an onboarding call to discuss the project, milestones and timeline. 2. We gather marketing assets from the client (logo, photos, text, etc..) if applicable. 3. We begin the project and are in close communication with the client throughout the process. 4. Report back to client as the project progresses. Weekly reports sent to client for digital marketing projects such as SEO and display advertising. 5. Monthly meetings to go over project success and advice based upon campaign data.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully trained in the latest digital marketing techniques and protocols. We utilize the most cutting edge software for all of our services including SEO, display advertising, AI, email marketing, website design and graphic design.
