- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on how large your team is and how long it will take to photograph. For smaller teams we usually schedule for a full day and allow more time for each person to choose and perfect their images. For larger teams where time is more important, we allow each person to choose their favorite portraits afterwards electronically. For very large teams we may be on-location for several days, and pricing will reflect this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always love to schedule an initial consultation to discuss your team's unique portrait needs. What will the portraits be used for? Are there any VIPs who may need additional time and/or images? What personality do you want your team to display? All of these are important to discussing a unique plan for portraits. After we decide on some of these, we discuss logistics such as which days, what a schedule for the day may look like, where will be the best place to set up the mobile studio, etc. Then its portrait day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost a decade of experience photographing, most of which has been in the studio.
