- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees. You have multiple options for jobs. We do give reoccurring customers discounts. And everything is always written out in our contracts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a small discussion or a walk through and develop a quote that is based on customers need. If they accept, we draw up a contract which outlines not only the customer’s responsibility but ours as well. Once it is signed which is done online, we add you to the calendar and we always confirm 24-48 before the day of the job to make sure the customer is still on board.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started a small junk man in my pick up picking through trash for metal and went to helping family and friends move furniture and other items and grew it into what we are now. A full service moving/cleanout company.
