FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is transparent and based on the scope of the project. I provide a clear quote upfront, including any fees or additional costs. If the project is larger or ongoing, I am open to discussing discounts or flexible payment options. I make sure the customer understands exactly what they are paying for, so there are no surprises and the project runs smoothly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with understanding their needs and goals. I ask detailed questions to clarify the project requirements and expectations. Then, I create a plan or proposal, including timelines and deliverables, and discuss it with the customer to make sure we are aligned. Once approved, I begin the work, keeping the customer updated regularly and making adjustments based on their feedback. Finally, I review the results together to ensure they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education and training related to my work through courses and practical experience. I have spent time learning the necessary skills, practicing them, and improving through real projects. I also continue to learn new techniques and tools to improve the quality of my work. This combination of learning and hands-on experience helps me deliver better results to clients.
