Flexible Payment Options: We offer flexible payment arrangements based on mutual agreement and project scope. Payment schedules can be structured to meet the client’s needs. Senior Discount: A discount is available for senior customers. Please inquire for eligibility and applicable rates. Transparent Pricing: All pricing includes labor and standard materials unless otherwise specified. Any additional work or changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding. No Hidden Fees: There are no hidden charges. Any potential additional costs (such as unforeseen site conditions or permit requirements) will be communicated in advance. Deposits & Progress Payments: A deposit may be required prior to project start, with remaining payments scheduled based on project milestones or completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for New Customers Scheduling the Appointment We begin by scheduling a convenient time to visit the site and assess the project needs. On-Site Evaluation Our technician will inspect the work area, evaluate the condition, and discuss available options with the customer. Estimate & Recommendations Based on the assessment, we provide a clear estimate including labor, materials, and scope of work. We also explain what work is necessary and any optional improvements. Customer Decision The customer decides which services they would like to proceed with, based on their needs, budget, and priorities. Material Selection & Planning We confirm the materials to be used and finalize the project details before starting the work. Project Scheduling Once approved, the project will be scheduled, and execution will typically begin within one (1) week, depending on availability and project scope. Project Execution Work is completed professionally and efficiently, following agreed timelines and quality standards. Final Review & Approval Upon completion, we review the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience is built on hands-on training and practical knowledge in masonry and construction work. We have developed our skills through years of field experience working with concrete blocks, reinforcement techniques, and structural repairs. Our training includes proper installation of concrete masonry units (CMU), use of reinforcement materials such as rebar and mesh, and application of concrete for structural strength and durability. We also stay up to date with industry standards, safety practices, and local building requirements to ensure high-quality and reliable work.
