- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally our pricing is based off of material and labor. The customer has the option to supply the materials if they choose to do so or we can supply the material and labor. We accept all kinds of payments (i.e. venmo, check, credit cards). There are no extra fees applied. After having an agreement regarding the materials and labor, there is a contract formed between the company and the customer. In this contract, we usually require a 40% deposit at the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a new customer, typically the head of the company will go to the property where the project is being held to give a quote. If the customer agrees with the quote given, then we will work on the date and time of the job. The customer will be aware of what we will be doing day by day, depending how long the job takes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the head of the company, I have over 20 years of experience in the construction field. This experience comes from working in places like Sipersteins paint and hardware store, Home Depot, hardwood floor companies, and commercial construction companies. I also had training in customer service and business management at the AveTech School.
