Best experience ever! The thought of doing any kind of home improvement is daunting, however, Gabe and his team made the entire process super easy! Gabe was SUPER responsive; communication 100%. He showed patience and empathy throughout the entire process, from planning, estimating, to execution, with consistent updates about estimates, progress, and status updates with photos, no surprises and finished the project on time. The payment process and selection of floor finishing was super easy. I greatly appreciated the team's recommendations and insight in helping to decide how to proceed. The team completed the work with utmost care and were very thorough. Bernardo, Elias, and Esmire were super respectful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! I seriously could not have asked for a better company to work with. I wish all contractors worked at the same level of professionalism and due diligence that MD Flooring does. I am forever grateful.

From start to finish my project proceed seamlessly. I have been contemplating refinishing the floors (two rooms and the hallway) for some time and considered a couple of options; one being using over the counter products to ‘spruce’ up their appearance. Then I saw an advertisement for Thumbtack. After looking at the reviews I requested a quote from Magen David. I almost immediately received a reply followed by a visit and a written quote, this was like on Tuesday. By Saturday evening my floors were done and I might add, beautiful. So impressed with Magen and David, their office staff and technicians I would say hands down these would be the “go to people” if ever you want your hardwood floors to bring new life to your home. I want to give a shout out to Gabe whom coordinated and managed things as well as his two technicians whom I fail to recall their names. Mainly due we had little interaction due to they were always working hard and concentrating on the job at hand. Note: Of the two other flooring contractors I contacted, one offered little in the way of customer service (preparation, cleanup) and the other would schedule me in two or three weeks. Gabe, in his quote, outlined every detail of the project so there would be no surprises, and there weren’t.

The company responded within 15 minutes after my request and provided me a great quote. My issue was not that severe. However, I was provided some excellent information on how to care for my floors. I recommend this company to all, and I will be utilizing them in the future .
