- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We'll provide some additional information about understanding how to time your pricing content below, but in general, there are two moments when pricing is important to a prospective customer r:
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
