I was not happy with the cleaning. After they were done I showed them several areas that were not clean. Smudges on the floor, spots that were not dusted , toilet seat not completely cleaned. After I showed them they cleaned the areas- mostly. I still had to wipe the seat in the bathroom. After they left I found other areas. Crumbs on the floor in the kitchen. Trash left on the bathroom sink…
They also said that they wiped my nightstand with a wet cloth but because I told them to not use bleach in the house they couldn’t use it on the nightstand so that was the best they could do. So it’s bleach or water?
I’ve had cleaning ladies for 20 years. I know when shortcuts are taken. This entire job was a shortcut. A $200 shortcut.
Then one of them kept hovering over me while I was in a meeting on zoom. She interrupted me to tell me that she was running late and needed to be paid. I had already made payment about 10 minutes before. I was extremely annoyed by that. The interruption and the assumption. Very unprofessional.
Oh and they broke a ceramic toothbrush holder. The entire experience was trash.
