- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the home, the level of cleaning needed (standard or deep clean), and any special requests. I aim to keep my rates fair and transparent—there are no surprise fees. I always provide a quote up front. I believe in providing high-quality service that’s worth every dollar, and I take pride in the care and attention I bring to every home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I like to start with a conversation to understand their needs. From there, I set up an appointment to do a walk-through in person. I explain the process, answer any questions, and then schedule a time that works best for them. On the day of service, I arrive on time, bring all my own supplies (unless they prefer otherwise), and make sure everything is done with care and attention to detail.

I’ve gained years of hands on experience cleaning homes with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
