I called CB Tech Service and in less than a minute they returnred my call and scheduled me that day! The technician, Alec Marco, arrived after a confirmation call. He was knowledgable, friendly and unhurried as he explained what needed to be done. The next day he checked in with me to make sure all was okay. a

Chris was great I have a small home network that the two computers could not talk to each other. I sent a message in with the project details, got a call maybe 15 min later and on that same call he not only did he volunteer to try remote first to save time and money he was able find the issue, fix the issuse, answer all my misc questions, show me what it was and get me up and working! Very knowledgeable, professional and upfront. Thanks Chris! Will hire again.
