- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my prices also include traveling to the location setting up my equipment and include a friendly and helpful attendant that will guide them on how to use my photo booth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with them to see what needs they have so I can provide them with what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay updated on my photo booth and train on it everyday.
