Thank you for making my son’s 30th birthday party so incredible. I was not sure when I booked the Magic Mirror Photo Booth how the guests would receive it. From the moment you set up to the time you end the line never stopped. That was the best decision I made. Thanks to you and your staff for making my event so memorable. I LOVED this company...they were very reasonable and the product was extremely fun and easy to use... for people who didn’t know how to work with it, there was always someone with the machine and they were so nice and professional. Also, everyone LOVED their personal photos... we couldn’t keep the line down. It definitely heightened the event

We couldn’t use Snap Shot Smile photo booth because of covid19 restrictions but they kept in close contact with us through it all and were so accommodating and responsive! We can’t wait till we can actually use the booth for our party when this is all over! They were very understanding about us having to cancel and returned our deposit in full immediately.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my prices also include traveling to the location setting up my equipment and include a friendly and helpful attendant that will guide them on how to use my photo booth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation with them to see what needs they have so I can provide them with what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay updated on my photo booth and train on it everyday.
