Working with Dan was actually one of the best experiences I have had hiring someone for a home project. He contacted me within minutes of my request for power washing my siding and roof. He gave me a great price and was able to schedule the work within 2 days of contacting me. His work was excellent. He was professional, pleasant to work with, and very accommodating. I would hire him again without hesitation.

First, I want to say that I work in the Home Renovation business. 2nd, I'm always looking for partners who have high levels of customer service because that's what I provide my clients! I rarely write reviews and even rarer for a longish one. Daniel did a roof "patch"for a couple of sections on my and neighbors roofs. But, the work done was better and more than just a patch job (by just applying sealing compound). Daniel replaced damaged tile and installed some new ones in an area where it was done improperly prior. My neighbor and I had tried calling several "experienced" roofers and they either didn't follow through/didn't keep the appt. or were trying to convince us to get new roofs (which Daniel confirmed was not needed for a few more years; especially after he was done). Daniel and his assistant/Jose specialize in roof maintenance and repair. So, they know what they're doing. Dan checked all the boxes: • Quick response (and arrived 5 min before appt.) • Professional • Better than expected/neat work • Fair price • From what I can tell Good/Honest guys! • 2 rains since the leaks have stopped. Although not heavy rains, the work looks like it will hold up. Pluss Dan said he would come back if there's a problem; NONE! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for Dan!👍🏾

Dan is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. And it doesn’t hurt that he was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired him for a few items and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected and was very reasonably priced. He did our gutter cleaning, spout repair, chimney repair, and took measurements of our gutters to purchase and install gutter guards at a later time. Dan did a great job. I just moved into my home and the gutters needed a deep cleaning. He tools care of the whole house. He was very responsive and flexible, working around my schedule on multiple occasions. I’ll be calling him back the next time I need gutters cleaned.
