FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give great discounts on packages. We have packages that range from 3 workouts all the way up to 100.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As our "photos" section describes, we start with a thorough health and fitness assessment. This includes a full health screening, detailed body measurements, BMI (body mass index), and BMR (basal metabolic rate - to understand your customized formula for burning calories). Then we discuss your goals, preferred trainer characteristics (gender, etc.), preferred methods of training, and consider all of that in the development of your recommended fitness program. That allows us to determine your session price. All of this takes only an hour, the duration of an average training session. After you are on board with your program, we assign the appropriate trainer and begin transforming you immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are NASM certified, CPR trained, background screened, and drug tested. This is rare for our industry (many trainers have no certifications) but is part of our standard hiring procedure. You must be a certified trainer, and pass a thorough screening to be a GYMGUYZ trainer. Currently, all of our trainers hold additional certifications such as Kettle Bell and Fitness Band certifications. Some of our trainers have specialized training degrees, like a B.S. in Exercise Science.
