Ulises and Alex were amazing! They were super thorough, efficient and while they were here they noticed an issue with our plumbing that they guided us on. We were so happy with their service and it was a pleasure to have them here as we were dealing with this not so great issue ! They were also super sweet to our dog :)

The work was completed as agreed and needed. *Minus the 4mm plastic that was supposed to be stapled to ceiling after project. ***Ulysses and Alex were great and efficient. The bad review is for management*** My reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the bait and switch quote i was given. Jacob came to my home and after looking at the spot and explaining about 10 sq feet of the ceiling would need to come down for a 9" diameter mold spot i was told 1500 to 2500 (with a "do not exceed 2500"). After the work was complete I spoke to the guys and they said it was a small job and they only wound up taking a 2' x 2' piece of the ceiling and told me there was nothing on the structural part or ceiling wood. I didn't have insulation so no additional removal of materials. My understanding of quotes is less work, less costs. But I was told by the office that it is "not linear" and that they plug everything into a calculator which gives them a number.... with a decent overhead percentage I'm sure. The final cost, even though 80% less sq footage was $2100. With us finally coming to an agreement of $2000. I was told by office that they are not sure why Jacob told me 1500 and that it was really low. Jacob told me that the cost covered up to the 10 sq feet. Office told me they don't reduce cost based off "slightly less work". It seems like my real quote was 2500 based off what the office said and the reduced the amount to 2100 based on the reduced sq footage needed to be removed. Then the manager said the actual cost of my work was 2300. There was never a scenario where the work would have cost 1500 and the start of the quote should have been 2000. Yes only 500 difference but that is a lot of money in today's economy AND is a big factor when deciding between which contractor to go with. And I chose them between 3 different contractors. Hopefully they change their practices because bait and switch is illegal and BBB can get involved Also, communication from office was poor regarding updating me their workers would be 2 hours past their window time.
