WOW! Five stars is not enough to capture the extent of service provided by Pur360 and their fabulous technicians. My tech, Marco, was off the charts helpful and informative! He shows up early, is willing to help you prepare, provides so much information about the process and what to expect. It is ALMOST impossible to say about any person or company that they exceeded your expectations, but Pur360 does. For the first time in 6 months, I can breathe, literally and figuratively. My house no longer smells like mold; it smells like a hospital! I don't feel sick all the time; overnight, I went from abject hopelessness to knowing that I will be able to handle the restoration of my house to its pre-mold status and face my mold allergies head on.
