AJ is that dude! Ran late because the job he before mine was taking longer than expected. Gave me a call to let me know, once he got here I explained the situation to him and proof of videos, and he was great in giving me guidance and advice on how old school radiators work. Since then no leaks, will definitely reach out whenever I have another issue

One of my radiators wasn’t heating up. I called Preeminent and they were the only ones that gave me a firm quote. I asked them to come at 6. They were running late from another appointment and texted me to see if they could reschedule to 6:30. They came earlier than 6:30, and when they got to my house the radiator came back up. AJ was prompt, courteous and informative. He was nice enough not to charge me for the service call. I will definitely use them again!!! Great service!

I’m pleased and very impressed by the two guys that came out today. They’re communication about arrival was excellent and so was the work that they completed. They confirmed the issue, grabbed the part, and worked quickly to take care it for me. They didn’t leave a mess behind when they were done either. My issue is fixed, no more leaking toilet, and it was very affordable! They’ll be my first call should anything else come up. Thanks guys!!
