One of my radiators wasn’t heating up. I called Preeminent and they were the only ones that gave me a firm quote. I asked them to come at 6. They were running late from another appointment and texted me to see if they could reschedule to 6:30. They came earlier than 6:30, and when they got to my house the radiator came back up. AJ was prompt, courteous and informative. He was nice enough not to charge me for the service call. I will definitely use them again!!! Great service!

AJ is that dude! Ran late because the job he before mine was taking longer than expected. Gave me a call to let me know, once he got here I explained the situation to him and proof of videos, and he was great in giving me guidance and advice on how old school radiators work.
