Our family had a wonderful experience with our HVAC technician, Boris. He was extremely personable and professional from the moment he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions about what unit would be best to keep my home cool during summer. He worked diligently to complete the repair and even took the time to show me how to use the new HVAC system, plus have me some tips regarding maintenance. His respectful and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much easier. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and we are very satisfied with the service and his neat work! Would recommend.
