- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your project and goals. If needed, we schedule a free on-site estimate, discuss your options, and provide a clear, detailed quote. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep you informed throughout the project, and make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction before considering the job finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
