We had a plaster ceiling in our bathroom that was water damaged, sagging and moldy and needed to be replaced after the leak was fixed. Jaron gave us a very fair price, both for the original work quoted then again for the added work of installing a bathroom exhaust fan after we wanted to add that as well. He had to reframe much of what was going on above the ceiling, installed the exhaust to flow out the side wall and installed the ceiling fan + light and dual light switch, and he replaced the plaster with mold resistant sheet rock. We were really happy with the work and after we gave it a fresh coat of paint, the whole bathroom looked so much better.
