Think twice about hiring him. He was given a down payment, started the job and left in a week. I called to ask why he hasn’t been back and he stated he took another job because he needed the money and will be back in a few days . When he did not return in the few days I called and he stated the job is taking longer than expected. I looked and my job and it was being done randomly which I questioned and he still had not returned. He then stated he think it is best the down payment be for work already done and end the job. He has not even done the down payment worth of work and he is not responding
