- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well, what they should know about Soares ProFloors is that, I’ll tell you my price, if you think is too much, communicate and I can try to offer you a better price. Now if you think that the other price I gave you still too much for you, then I can’t do anything. Here we offer quality, I can’t provide you a good quality with a bad price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. I think the most important thing to have with your new customer is have a good communication. If you didn’t like something, let us know and we will fix it, or we will get into a agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working with people that taught me a lot.
