- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cleaning packages are flat-priced by home size: Basic from $80, Standard from $110, and Extensive Deep Clean from $180 for a 1-bedroom, with larger homes priced by bedroom count. Every quote is a free estimate based on the standard job — if a home needs a deeper clean or extra work, the price may change, and we always agree the final price with you before starting. For residential jobs, payment is due after the service is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we ask a few quick questions — town, home size, bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of clean, the condition, your preferred date, and photos if you have them. Then we give you an exact quote, agree the price, and schedule the job. On the day, we work through the agreed checklist and walk through the finished job with you before payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jaydee Cleaning Services is a working two-person cleaning team led by the owner. We're trained on the job in residential and small-commercial cleaning — kitchens, bathrooms, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out turnovers, and organizing — and we follow a written checklist on every job so nothing gets missed.
