- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically there are 3 prices, deep cleaning, regular cleaning, and extras, which are the stove, refrigerator and windows in the external area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always advise customers that the first cleaning should be a deep cleaning where we touch all spaces in detail, and then always carry out regular cleaning, which is the maintenance of deep cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in real estate, apartments, offices and stores in downtown Manhattan. We are always updating ourselves and paying attention to listening to the needs of our customers individually. Our team is trained in good customer service.
