FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always upfront and honest. I give flat-rate quotes whenever possible so there are no surprises at the end. For bigger jobs, I walk customers through the cost based on labor, disposal, materials, and time. I don’t charge hidden fees, and I always try to work within a customer’s budget. I also offer discounted rates for seniors, repeat customers, and neighbors in my local area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Start with a quick conversation to understand the project. 2. Request photos or do a walkthrough to give an accurate quote. 3. Explain the plan clearly, including what will be removed, repaired, or rebuilt. 4. Schedule the job at a time that works for you. 5. Complete the work cleanly, safely, and efficiently. 6. Final walkthrough to make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in engineering, as well as multiple diplomas in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Along with that formal training, I have hands-on experience in demolition, junk removal, renovations, and problem-solving jobs involving pests, leaks, access issues, and structural repairs. My background allows me to approach each project with safety, accuracy, and real technical knowledge.
