City Sky Limousine delivered on their promise and provided exactly what we contracted for—a beautiful, clean stretch limousine that made our celebration special. Our driver was professional, accommodating, and very pleasant, which greatly contributed to making the day enjoyable. I also worked directly with the owner, who ensured everything was in place as agreed. In the end, everything went smoothly and we were satisfied with the service.

Dear Cyn Brook, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your reservation. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions / Reservation Agreement, all deposits are non-refundable due to the preparation, scheduling, and vehicle allocation involved in securing your booking. You originally confirmed a 9-hour trip at $1,280, which we scheduled and dispatched with a reserved Sprinter Van for your exclusive use. Three days later, you requested to extend the trip to 16 hours but declined to cover the additional hourly rate required. We did our best to accommodate you, including offering a discounted rate for the extended hours. However, when the revised pricing was not acceptable, you chose to cancel the trip. At that point, the vehicle and driver had already been reserved exclusively for your event, and we could not take other bookings for that date and time—hence, the deposit remained non-refundable as per our policy. We understand you found a lower price elsewhere, but our rates reflect the professionalism, reliability, and high-quality vehicles that our clients expect. They changed the price after I already put a deposit and signed a contract…said it was non-refundable. The contract included tip and after the limo driver asked for a tip. Which we already paid per the contract. Not to mention as soon as the driver met us on our wedding day no less he asked for the total remaining balance. We refused to pay it all up front with multiple stops. Don’t do business with this company, I regret using them for our wedding.

You deserved smooth, worry-free service, and I’m truly sorry we fell short. Let me clarify a few things to make sure we’re on the same page: Price Consistency: The amount you paid was exactly what was confirmed in your email and contract—no hidden fees or last-minute changes. Even when our original vehicle had an issue, we covered the cost of bringing in a replacement from farther away so you wouldn’t be impacted. Tipping Confusion: Tips were 100% included in your contract, so the driver should never have asked for additional gratuity. We’ve addressed this with our team to prevent any future misunderstandings. Payment Timing: We typically collect the remaining balance after the trip, not upfront. I’m sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly—that’s on us, and we’ll reinforce this policy with our drivers. I completely understand your frustration, and while deposits are non-refundable (as they reserve your date and turn away other clients), I’d still like to make this right. If you’d ever consider giving us another chance, I’d personally oversee your booking to ensure perfection. We’ve served thousands of happy clients (check out our TripAdvisor and Trustpilot reviews), and I hate that your experience didn’t reflect that.
