FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is built on transparency and industry-standard accuracy. We provide FREE Property Evaluations ($0 cost) using thermal imaging to assess damage without any obligation. For actual service, we use softwares like Xactimate, the same estimating software used by insurance adjusters, to ensure fair, market-based pricing. While our initial evaluation is free, Certified Mold Inspections involve a fee for third-party laboratory analysis and forensic documentation. We offer direct insurance billing to minimize your out-of-pocket costs and provide flexible payment options for those paying privately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed for speed and transparency, beginning with a 60-minute emergency response or a scheduled Free Property Evaluation. During the initial visit, our technicians use thermal imaging and moisture meters to pinpoint hidden damage and provide an honest assessment of the work needed. Once a plan is agreed upon, we guide you through the logistics, offering direct insurance billing to ensure your claim is handled accurately and fairly from the start. Throughout the project, we adhere to strict IICRC and NAMP standards, utilizing containment, HEPA-filtration, and scientific drying techniques to ensure your property is safe and healthy. Our goal is to maintain clear communication at every step, moving from the initial crisis to final restoration with a focus on being Right On Time. We wrap up every job with a final walkthrough to ensure the environment is fully stabilized and your peace of mind is restored.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team’s expertise is built on a foundation of rigorous, science-based training and state-mandated qualifications. Every project is led by technicians who hold high-level certifications and maintain active standing with the industry's most respected governing bodies: IICRC Certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification): Our team is formally trained in WRT (Water Damage Restoration) and AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation). These are the "gold standards" of restoration science, focusing on the physics of structural drying and the biological removal of mold. NAMP & NAERMC Training: As members of the National Association of Mold Professionals and the National Association of Environmentally Responsible Mold Contractors, we undergo continuous education in non-toxic remediation and advanced air quality science. Continuing Education: Because mold science is always evolving, our technicians complete a minimum of 14 hours of state-approved continuing education every two years to stay ahead of the latest environmental safety protocols. This extensive background ensures that we don't just treat the symptoms of a leak or mold growth—we address the scientific root of the problem to prevent it from returning.
