This Roofer Family is a HOT mess. First they did this fabulous virtual consultation and schedule me for two days later. They seemed to have good prices and responsiveness; however, after they scheduled, they cancelled 3 times. The last time the son called me and said, "my dad road by 2 hours ago and said that they were too many cars on your block". I waited 3 weeks for this roofer for them to tell me they basically don't work on Philly city street or at least not the colored blocks. They are beyond unprofessional, unreliable, and racist. Yes cars are on my street, its residential. They used anything not to provide the service. They could see my roof virtually but not my block? They could, they choose to deny me service because of the projections they made after seeing my block. If you are black or brown or a true advocate, don't support this company.
