FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common jobs performed for residential clients are door and window replacements; bathroom remodeling; all types of home repair. For commercial clients: total demolition and renovation of their business space; upgrading and remodeling of their business property. REO clients: all facets of Property Preservation and Maintenance.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently renovated 4,000 square feet of space for an area Physical Therapy Center. This included space planning, the demolishing of existing walls, the building of new offices and exam rooms, the installation of rubber flooring to the work out area, painting, carpeting, etc. All completed over an extended holiday weekend, so as not to interrupt rehab time for facility clients. Recieved many compliments from the owner, his staff and his clients.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advise is to shop around, get specifics from all of the contractors and try and make the best "apples to apples" comparison. It is important to know you are comfortable with the contractor who will be working for you. Don't always go with the lowest bidder. Remember: you get what you pay for!
