- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
MY PRICING REPRESENTS THE QUALITY OF WORK I OFFER. I'M VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE MY WORK REFLECTS QUALITY, BECAUSE I SEE IT AS A REFLECTION OF MY HARDWORK, PASSION AND SKILLS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST I MAY SCHEDULE A WALK THROUGH IF IM NOT ABLE TO QUOTE CLIENT OVER PHONE . NEXT I SCHEDULE A DATE FOR WORK AND TYPICALLY RECIEVE A 30 TO 50 PERCENT DEPOSIT. THEN I START MY WORK BY CLEANING AND PREPARING THE AREA OR PROJECT I'M WORKING ON. THEN I TAKE MY TIME AND DO MY WORK AFTER WHICH I GO OVER IT TO FIX ANY MAJOR OR MINOR ISSUES OR SOMETHING A CLIENT WOULD LIKE FIXED OR DONE A DIFFERENTWAY.THEN I CLEAN AREA TO SHOWCASE MY WORK.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I HAVE QUITE A FEW YEARS OF HANDS ON EXPERIENCE. PLUS SOME CERTIFICATES .
