We had a flood in our fully carpeted basement and called Ed for help. They responded very quickly and arrived right away. They removed the water puddles and took out the carpet and walls where necessary. They also brought in equipment to dry the area, including humidifiers. Everything was handled professionally. They explained everything to us and were very patient and kind throughout the process. We highly recommend this service if you find yourself in a similar situation

Ed did a thorough job after we had a second floor leak that went all the way down to the basement. Within hours we had a whole house setup of dehumidifiers and fans. They came back each day (sometimes twice!) to check moisture levels and reconfigure the fan setup. They were diligent and very respectful of our house- they made sure to clean up after each inspection and kept their work contained. We really appreciate how much care and concern they took in our problem- it was as if they were working on their own house. They also documented constantly in order to show our insurance company! I hope the team we work with on the next steps are as wonderful as Ed! Thank you so much.

We had a water/flooding issue at our house on a Sunday night. 911 Restoration of Western Bergen County showed up very fast - minutes from our call and saved us. They could dry all the water. They only left our house after making sure that all things were dried. The price was reasonable. We strongly recommend their service.
