- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge fair prices. I am willing to discuss options such as bonuses, hourly or pay per task. Always willing to talk and if the client does not feel the work performed was to their liking willing to refund partial or all of the payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually talk first and we figure out what they want their experience to be. Then I explain if and how I can help them accomplish that. My main goal is that the customer is extremely happy and satisfied with my services and performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have life experience doing these tasks.
