Core Intelligence Pilates
About this pro
I take the time to get to know my clients and what their goals and interests are. If my client has a medical condition I am not familiar with, I do the research to educate myself. Also, if a client is involved with a particular sport that I am not too familiar with, I likewise will do the appropriate research so that I can best meet his/her needs. The feeling I get when a client meets a goal and/or has an "Ah Ha" moment of understanding about his/her body! I love working with people!

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always taking courses to stay on top of my knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The human body is complex and I never take that for granted!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Ive been athletic for most of my life, participating in swimming, diving, running, equestrian sports, etc. And as I am a very active person, I became injured and had to look for other ways to "stay in the game".. This is when I found Pilates. Pilates has been nothing short of a miracle and without it, I would not be able to run today. I am now Certified through Balance Body University and am working towards my Comprehensive Certification.
