- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will do whatever I can to keep my prices as low as possible. I offer special; rates for group classes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have been requested I will link up with the students or the facility and go over what they need and I will schedule a class based around what the students need. I will set up a day and date that is convenient for them. And do the class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an Emergency Medical Technician. in the field for over 35 years, then I went to administration for the remainder of my career. I was responsible for the day to day operation of an Emergency Medical Service until my retirement in April 2017. I was also responsible for the CPR training of the EMTs and the staff at many Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Nursing Schools, Dialysis Centers and many more.
