FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is right and includes my time to evaluate the student's strengths and weaknesses, so I can tailor the class to address those issues and get the student back to speed with the necessary confidence to solve any type of problem. My objective is the learning and meet the goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is a review of the materials the student learned in the previous year, to assess his previous knowledge, and from there work out on the weaknesses, to ensure he will know better how those concepts work, and from there establish a path to excel on the new concepts through practice and quizzes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I get started when I was in college back in my home country. I realized the academic gap between a HS graduate and the first semester in college is quite big, not only at the academic level, but at the study habits and speed to solve problems. College students need to study after classes about 5 hours a day, to review advanced concepts and practice extensively to become very confident on the formulas and concepts.
