Martin was very responsive, came immediately on the weekend to diagnose and replace my water heater. He did a great job, carried the old one to the store, helped me choose a proper unit, and installed it with quality. He did it cheaper than most other companies. Previously he had changed my water spigot outside, and this time I called him directly, he answered immediately. Would definitely recommend his work!
