FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I'm currently pursuing my MA in Network Communications Management at Devry University. Apart from the Microsoft certifications and other credentials I may have, I will never know it all which is why education is a life long process and we must continue to stay ahead in our field order to better serve those that need our expertise. I take extreme and great pride in my career as it is my livelihood and passion. Education is a priceless investment and should be capitalized on by those that have the ability and opportunity to do so. Remember, what you do with your time says alot of who you are.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a provider, always make sure the provider's credentials and background are verifiable and reputable. Also, a major factor, if not the most crucial is excellent customer support skills. One last tip; the provider should be very detailed in explaining his or her process of resolving your issue(s) and what could be done to prevent and/or eliminate any future problems. A great provider will never hesitate to provide any type of credentials if asked by any customer. This is the advice I have for customers looking to hire a provider like myself.
