- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Diplomat gives a 10% discount off of the quoted price to Seniors, School Teachers, Veterans, Government (City, County, State, Federal) Employees, Student Organizations, and Non-Profits. The Diplomat also provides a 10% discount to a repeat customer with a second event within 365 days and a 20% discount to a repeat customer with a third event within 365 days of the first event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being a good listener pays dividends. The Diplomat is flexible and encourages customers to be as creative as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was reared (raised) to love Family, Friends, and Community and Community includes the diverse World Community where we have the opportunity to respect different cultures. The Diplomat is a Community Worker and Volunteer and uses the name "The Diplomat" because "The Diplomat" reflects or captures my personality and vision. I believe that all of my clients are Community, Friends, and Family!
